By a straightforward boiler swap, we mean one which is the same type and in the same location as your previous one.
This is the quickest and easiest boiler replacement.
For example, if you have a combi boiler and you want to replace it with a newer combi boiler, it’s a relatively straightforward process.
The engineer in this case will:
• Drain the existing system
• Remove the old boiler and fit the new boiler in place
• Connect the necessary pipework
• Test the system for leaks and ensure the boiler is operating properly
Since there are no drastic changes to the pipework and setup, you can expect this sort of job to be completed within a single working day, to be more specific it typically takes around 4-6 hours.
